Starting with the basics; heating, lighting hot water, and considering spray booth efficiencies, the business has developed a Carbon Reduction Management Plan (CRMP), allowing them to spread the cost of improvements over the next 12-24 months, while delivering measurable gains.
Established in 2020, HB Accident Repair Network is a relatively new network built on decades of experience. The network has grown quickly, with sites in Swinton (Manchester), Widnes and Ellesmere Port (Cheshire), and recent investment from Precision Repair is set to support further expansion in the near future.

How have you found the process – registration, guidance and support?
The process was straightforward, with clear guidance and a logical structure through each stage. The ARIEShub made it easy to navigate requirements, and developing the CRMP using the templates provided was intuitive.
While the scoring framework was clearly set out, additional context around scoring would have been helpful. That said, access, registration and ongoing communication through the hub have all been simple to manage.
The next step for HB is using ARIES insights to guide future investment decisions – ensuring time and resources are focused in the right areas.
